WHAT IS THELEMA is a four-part series of talks that aims to serve as a basic introduction to Thelema and its message as enshrined in its foundational documents and as commented on by its founder and prophet, Aleister Crowley.  

In this talk, we will explore basic concepts and technical terms in The Book of the Law (such as Khabs, Khu, Kiblah, and Ka’aba), the officers (Ankh-af-na-Khonsu, Prince Priest the Beast, and the Scarlet Woman), and mantras/words of power (such as Aum and Abrahadabra).

In this talk, we will focus on the dramatis personae in The Book of the Law. We will introduce deities (Nuti, the Goddess of Infinite Space; Hadit, the inner core of each one of us; and Heru-Ra-Ha (a form of god Horus, the ruler of the current Aeon of the Child).
